We know you can't wait to start your lash transformation! All your Flutter goodies are packed with love and care from our base here in beautiful New Zealand and sent on their way to you via a tracked service.
Order Processing & Dispatch Times
Our team works hard to get your order on its way to you as quickly as possible. We typically aim to dispatch all parcels within 24 hours of your order being placed (Monday - Friday).
Please be aware that during extra busy periods (like sales or holidays), our dispatch times may be a little longer than usual due to a significantly higher volume of orders. We truly appreciate your patience and promise we're making every effort to get your order out to you swiftly!
Shipping Within New Zealand
We use a tracked courier service for all domestic deliveries.
Orders under $69 NZD:

Delivery Times (New Zealand):
Delivery for most New Zealand locations is 1-3 business days from dispatch. Please allow a few extra days for rural and outer island addresses.

We're thrilled to ship Flutter to our friends across the ditch! We use a tracked parcel service for all Australian orders.

Delivery Times (Australia):
Delivery for most Australian locations is 3-10 business days from dispatch. Please allow a few extra days if you are in a rural or remote location.
International Shipping (Rest of World)
Currently, we ship within New Zealand and to Australia. We're working on expanding the Flutter family globally! To be the first to know when we start shipping to your country, please sign up for our newsletter.

The moment your parcel is on its way, we'll send you a shipping confirmation email with your unique tracking link. You can follow your Flutter goodies every step of the way, right to your doorstep!
Public Holidays & Weekends
Please note that our shipping days are Monday to Friday and do not include New Zealand public holidays or weekends. Orders placed during these times will be processed on the next business day.
