Your Flutter lashes are packed with love here in beautiful New Zealand then sent to you via a tracked service.

Processing & dispatch times

We aim to dispatch all parcels within 24 hours of your order being placed. 

Please note, we ship Monday to Friday, excluding New Zealand public holidays. If you place an order on a weekend or public holiday, we will process it on the next business day.

During extra busy periods, our dispatch times may be longer than usual due to a significantly higher volume of orders. We appreciate your patience and promise we're making every effort to get your order out to you quickly.

Shipping within New Zealand

We use a tracked courier service for all domestic deliveries.

Tracked delivery for orders under $79 NZD: $7.99

Tracked delivery for orders over $79 NZD: FREE

Delivery times:
Delivery for most locations is 1-3 business days from dispatch. Please allow a few extra days if you have a rural or outer island address.

Shipping to Australia

We use a tracked parcel service for all Australian orders. 

Tracked delivery to Australia: $15.99 AUD

Delivery times:
Delivery for most locations is 3-10 business days from dispatch. Please allow a few extra days if you’re in a rural or remote location.

International shipping (outside NZ/AUS)

We only ship within New Zealand and to Australia right now. However, we're working on taking Flutter global! Find out when we start shipping to your country by signing up for our newsletter.

Order tracking

The moment your parcel is on its way, you’ll get a confirmation email with your unique tracking link. Use it to follow your Flutter order all the way to your doorstep.
