Within New Zealand, tracked delivery is $7.99 NZD — and it's free on orders $79 NZD and over.

To Australia, tracked shipping is $15.99 AUD.

We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours (Monday–Friday). From there, most New Zealand orders arrive in 1–3 business days, and Australian orders in around 3–10 business days. Please allow a little extra time for rural or remote addresses, and during busy periods like sales and holidays

Yes! The moment your order is on its way, we'll email you a shipping confirmation with your unique tracking link so you can follow your Flutter goodies all the way to your door. Just note that we ship Monday to Friday, excluding NZ public holidays and weekends.

For hygiene reasons with cosmetics and accessories, we're unable to accept refunds or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect purchases. But in the unlikely event your item arrives faulty, you can return it to us within 14 days for a refund.

We're so sorry! Please email us at returns@flutterlashextensions.co.nz with clear photos of the damage or fault, and we'll reply with instructions and a courier ticket on how to send it back to us. Items need to be in the same condition you received them and untampered with. Once we've received and checked your return, we'll let you know the outcome — and if approved, you can choose a refund, credit note or replacement. Refunds go back to your original payment method and may take up to two weeks depending on your bank.

Flutter was created by Alethea, founder and award-winning professional lash artist now based in Wellington, New Zealand.

After years in the salon, she introduced a small range of at-home kits as a Christmas gift option in December 2024 and they sold out within days. Feedback from her clients and the demand showed her women wanted salon-quality results at home, without ongoing appointments or cost.

She still personally tests and approves every product before it reaches you.
