Refund policy

At Flutter, we're committed to delivering high-quality products that you'll love and our quality assurance team individually checks each product before it's shipped to you.

While we want you to be completely satisfied with your Flutter purchase, due to hygiene reasons with cosmetics and cosmetics accessories, we cannot accept refunds or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect purchases.

In the unlikely event you receive a faulty item you may return this to us within 14 days for a refund.

To apply for a refund, please contact us via email at returns@flutterlashextensions.co.nz and send us clear photos of the damage or fault and we’ll reply with information on how to get your product/s back to us.

Please be aware that the products must be in the same condition they were received and not tampered with.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the outcome of your return.

If your return is approved, you will be contacted and notified of the options available to you which are a refund, credit note or replacement. 

If you select a refund, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied via your original method of payment. Please bear in mind this timeframe will vary from bank to bank and may take up to two weeks.

Note we reserve the right to reject returns which are not in the original condition in which they were received.
