At Flutter, we're committed to delivering high-quality products you'll love. This is why our quality assurance team checks every product before it's shipped to you.
Returns & exchanges
While we want you to be completely satisfied with your Flutter purchase, due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect purchases.
Refunds
In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty item, you may return it within 14 days for a refund.
How to apply for a refund:

Send clear photos of the damage or fault to returns@flutterlashextensions.co.nz.

Our team will reply and let you know how to get the product back to us.

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we’ll notify you of the outcome via email.
If approved, you’ll have the option of receiving a refund, credit note, or replacement product.
If you choose to receive a refund, we will apply it to your original method of payment. It may take up to two weeks for the funds to appear as this varies from bank to bank.
Please note that we reserve the right to reject returns not in the original condition in which they were received.
